FINANCIAL GUIDE FOR RETURNEES

The National Bank of Serbia, in order to meet its statutory tasks and objectives, has made a Financial Guide for Returnees, which tends to improve the information of our citizens who wish to return to the Republic of Serbia, from the aspect of foreign exchange regulations, in an effort to create conditions for their easier return and faster integration as well as disposal of their money.

The Embassy informs that, starting from 3.4.2018. the following laws will be in force: Law on Amendments on the Law on Citizenship of the Republic of Serbia and Law on personal identification number of the citizen of the Republic of Serbia

Information on the Settlement of Public Debt of the Republic of Serbia Arising from Unpaid Citizens’ Foreign Exchange Saving in Banks with Headquarters in the Territory of the Republic of Serbia and  Their Branch Offices in the Territory of Former SFRY Republics.

Obaveštavamo građane da je Zakonom o regulisanju javnog duga R.Srbije po osnovu neisplaćene devizne štednje građana položene kod banaka čije je sedište na teritoriji R.Srbije i njihovim filijalama na teritorijama bivših republika SFRJ, koji je stupio na snagu 30.12.2016. godine, obezbeđen pravni osnov za isplatu stare devizne štednje, bez obzira na državljanstvo štediše.
Prijava potraživanja se podnosi direktno Upravi za javni dug R.Srbije (lično ili poštom), na propisanom obrascu, a može se podneti u roku od godinu dana od dana objavljivanja poziva za prijavu potraživanja, koji je, 23. februara 2017. godine, objavljen u sredstvima javnog informisanja u R.Srbiji i na teritoriji bivše SFRJ.
