On Friday 22 July 2016, the British-Serbian Chamber of Commerce and the Embassy of the Republic of Serbia in London co-hosted the tasting of Serbian products and wines. In their opening statements, Ambassador Ognjen Pribicevic and President of the Chamber Sir Paul Judge greeted the guests which included representatives of famous food retailers, wineries, restaurants and hotels in London. They had an opportunity to get a taste of Serbian wines selected by a prestigious enologist Christopher Burr. In addition to qualifying the wines, Mr. Burr evaluated their manufacturers and compared these wines with those already in the UK market in terms of price and quality. The representatives of retailers were also able to taste products from “Bakina tajna” range, imported to the UK market exclusively by Ms. Snezana Knowles.
