An exhibition entitled “The Melting Pot” opened on Friday, 22 July 2016 in the Embassy of the Republic of Serbia. This is a joint project launched by painters Katarina Rasic from Serbia, Barbara Ash from the UK, Gayatri Gamus from Spain and Pritam Bhatty from India. This was a sneak preview for the exhibition that will be mounted from 25-29 July 2016 in the Nehru Centre Gallery, at 8 South Audley Street, W1K 1HF, from 10:00 am to 6:00 p.m. By their touring exhibition “The Melting Pot”, which had previously been on show in Bangalore in India in April and May as well as in Kombank Art Hall in Politika building in Belgrade in July, the authors sought to explore the theme of identity and belonging.
