In order to combat the spread of infectious disease caused by the COVID-19 virus, the Consular Section of the Embassy of the Republic of Serbia in London informs all citizens of the Republic of Serbia residing in the jurisdiction of this diplomatic-consular mission that work with the customers shall be limited to emergencies only, starting from Monday, 16 March 2020 until further notice.

Working on biometric acquisition, applying for a new passport and handing over travel documents are limited to emergencies, too.

In  case of emergency, citizens are kindly requested to contact us by email at konzul@serbianembassy.org.uk and consular@serbianembassy.org.uk as well as by the telephone number of the Embassy of the Republic of Serbia in London 0207 235 9049.

This measure will remain in force for as long as the risk of infection persists, and the public will be informed once it is not implemented any more through the website of the Embassy of the Republic of Serbia in London.
