Pursuant to Article 5 of the Decree on Emergency State Measures, adopted by the Government of the Republic of Serbia, all electoral activities related to the Parliamentary elections, announced for 26th April 2020, shall cease.
The Republic Electoral Commission, as the body conducting the Parliamentary election procedure, has decided to suspend electoral activities during the state of emergency. However, the electoral procedure, including the deadlines for conducting electoral activities, will continue in accordance with a decision to terminate a state of emergency.
